New CBD Tincturesradixremedies
Here at Radix we are constantly trying to find better ways to provide relief to people and sometimes that best comes from listening to our customers. CBD tinctures have been a staple of Radix since we first started 2 plus years ago. We have gotten feedback over time that the taste can be off putting for some so we set out for a tasteless all natural soluiton. After trying several different carrier oils for CBD we landed on MCT Oil.
What is MCT Oil?
MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglyceride. Medium Chain Triglycerides are a type of saturated fatty acid. MCT oil is most often sourced from coconut oil and is sometimes referred to as fractionated coconut oil. The use of MCT in natural products and supplements has grown in popularity over the years. The primary reason behind this is MCT’s are easy for the body to process and digest. Unlike most saturated fatty acids, MCT’s are metabolized quickly and not stored in body fat.
How Does MCT Oil Work with CBD?
MCT oil helps your body absorb more CBD. The body is not able to fully absorb CBD extract inside the digestive system without a proper carrier. MCT could also help the body absorb the CBD quicker than other carriers. MCT has a smaller chemical structure than most other carrier oils. The smaller structure can be broken down faster and utilized at a quicker rate inside the body.
What Does This Change?
Nothing but the taste! The new tinctures will still be available in the same strengths, price and delivered at the same time each month for you subscribers. One of the major benefits of the tinctures having no taste is these ease of use for everyone including kids and pets. Another plus is it can be easily blended into smoothies, salad dressings and more without compromising taste. Try it in your coffee!
